Probate & Family Law Associate Attorney
Pay: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year

Location: This is a primarily on-site opportunity based in Framingham, Massachusetts, which offers strong day-to-day collaboration, mentorship, and face time as you ramp up in the practice, with more flexibility possible over time.
Note: Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing and have at least 3 years of Massachusetts family law experience. We are seeking someone who can step in and handle files with limited to moderate supervision.

Job Description
- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, modifications, contempt actions, paternity, and related Probate & Family Court proceedings
- Manage a caseload with increasing independence
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Prepare for and attend hearings, conferences, mediations, conciliations, and trials
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda as needed
- Negotiate settlements and help clients evaluate practical legal options
- Communicate with clients in a compassionate, responsive, and professional manner
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy and case progression
Qualifications
- JD required
- Active Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing
- 3+ years of Massachusetts family law experience
- Strong litigation, drafting, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases with limited to moderate supervision
- Client-focused, professional, and empathetic approach
- More senior candidates will be considered
