Office Manager & Operations (Temporary)

We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager to oversee office operations and logistics for our Boston and Tampa locations. This role supports employees and senior leadership with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This is a 6 + month parental leave cover with a strong possibility of extension , offering an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact and potentially grow with the company.

• Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and service providers.
• Support HR and employee-related activities (onboarding, offboarding, events, gifts, etc.)
• Assist employees and senior management with general office needs
• Coordinate office projects and events, including wellness initiatives and key meetings
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Work Location:

• Boston office: onsite 3–4 days per week
• Tampa office: managed remotely
