Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $23 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Position: Skilled Laborer with an insulation company in Salisbury, MA
• Schedule: Full 40-hour weeks, flexible work schedule
• Benefits: Weekly pay, health insurance, recognition program (Respect the Craft) with prizes based on hours worked
• Assignment: Temp-to-perm
• Installing insulation
• Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading/unloading materials
• Assisting in building or construction tasks
• Completing specialized tasks with on-the-job training (provided)
• Operating heavy and light equipment as directed
• Moving materials according to supervisor's instructions

Qualifications:

• Must own reliable vehicle
• Previous insulation experience preferred
• Must be free of facial hair (to properly fit a respirator)
• Provide professional references
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Must be punctual (daily 6 AM start time)
• Ability to meet physical demands: standing, kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs
