Director of FP&A

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite Compensation- Director: Base up to $210K + 25% bonus
- Senior Manager: Base up to $180K + 20% bonus
A high-growth, private equity–backed financial services / FinTech SaaS organization (~$150M revenue) is hiring a Director of FP&A (or strong Senior Manager) to support rapid growth and active M&A. This is a highly visible, hands-on role covering FP&A, financial reporting, M&A support, and strategic analysis. This role requires a strong onsite presence and flexibility for long hours in the near term due to ongoing acquisitions.
Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Own and enhance financial reporting processes and rigor
- Deliver variance, profitability, and cost analysis
- Build financial models for initiatives, investments, and M&A
- Support acquisitions and post-close financial tracking
- Develop KPIs and management reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with finance leadership and the CFO
- Lead and develop FP&A team members
- Senior Manager ready to step up OR experienced Director
- Strong financial reporting foundation is critical
- Prior M&A exposure a plus
- PE-backed experience helpful but not required
- Open industry background
- Not considering candidates directly from IB, PE/VC, or Transaction Services
- 8+ years FP&A / corporate finance experience
- 2+ years people management experience
- CPA or advanced degree preferred
- Advanced Excel; experience with NetSuite, Adaptive, or similar tools
- Comfortable in fast-paced, acquisition-driven environments
