Licensed Plumber (Contract-based)
Overview
AB Development is looking to connect with licensed plumbers for residential renovation projects in the Boston area.
We focus on bathrooms, kitchens, and full home renovations—handling projects from planning to completion. We’re building a network of reliable plumbers we can work with consistently.
This is project-based work with ongoing opportunities as projects come in.
What you’ll be doing
- Plumbing work for residential renovations
- Rough-in and finish plumbing
- Fixture installation (toilets, sinks, showers, etc.)
- Working alongside other trades on active job sites
- Ensuring all work meets code and passes inspection
What we’re looking for
- Licensed plumber (required)
- Experience with residential renovation work
- Reliable and shows up when expected
- Communicates clearly and keeps things moving
- Able to work independently and coordinate with other trades
