Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex M&A agreements and related documents.
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on M&A transactions.
- Support clients with due diligence processes and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent client service.
- Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the applicable state.
- Strong knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions within the professional services industry.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
What's on Offer
- Expected base salary ranging from $260,000 to $310,000 USD. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography.
