You will help define and operationalize the tooling, governance models, processes, and execution frameworks used to manage OCI's rapidly growing infrastructure ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, execution-oriented, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of influencing organizations at all levels - from engineering teams to VP/SVP/EVP stakeholders.

  • Manage executive-level visibility, reporting, and communications for SVP/EVP-level initiatives.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks across organizations and proactively drive mitigation strategies.

  • Create scalable operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and decision-making.

  • Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.

  • Help establish long-term operational rigor and process maturity for managing global cloud infrastructure growth.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, forecasting accuracy, and operational scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related technical field.

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Operations, or related disciplines.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in cloud infrastructure, data center operations, supply chain, or enterprise technology environments.

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including capacity planning, forecasting, infrastructure deployment, hardware lifecycle management, and operational scaling.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly visible executive-level initiatives involving multiple organizations and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience driving programs across engineering, business, finance, operations, and executive teams.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment in complex organizational environments.

  • Experience building operational processes, program governance frameworks, and scalable execution models.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and status reporting.
