Crown Linen Service is seeking a dynamic Dental Industry Sales Representative to drive business growth by promoting our hygienically clean uniform rental programs and facility solutions to dental practices, DSOs, and related organizations.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development
- Identify and establish connections with dental practices, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), and other key industry players to promote Crown's uniform rental and related services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a robust sales strategy aimed at exceeding territory revenue goals.
- Proactively engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, in-person visits, and digital outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing customized offerings, such as hygienically clean uniforms that enhance the professional image and safety of dental offices.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and securing referrals to foster continuous business growth.
Industry Engagement
- Represent Linen Service at dental industry events, trade shows, and association meetings, actively promoting its brand and service offerings.
- Partner with internal marketing teams to design and implement targeted campaigns tailored to the dental market.
- Stay informed about dental industry trends, customer challenges, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates to refine and optimize sales approaches.
Administrative Duties
- Manage client and prospect data with precision using CRM platforms like Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to effectively communicate Crown's value proposition.
- Provide regular sales performance updates, including key wins, challenges, trends, and pipeline forecasts, to align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications: Education and Experience
- Experience in the dental industry a plus.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with experience in the dental or healthcare sectors being a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM tools, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and a self-motivated mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of dental industry operations, decision-making processes, and common challenges a plus.
- Familiarity with uniform rental programs and first aid service offerings a plus.
- Experience addressing compliance, hygiene, and other industry-specific concerns in sales efforts.
