This state-of-the-art, luxury community offers exceptional care across its 130+ bed facility, featuring Sub-Acute Rehab , Long-term Care , and Secured Memory Care , with nearly all private rooms and 5-star amenities.

Position Overview:

As the Director of Nursing , you will be a vital leader in this highly regarded community, ensuring top-tier care and clinical excellence. The center is well-resourced with a strong clinical support team, including Unit Managers , ADON , Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) , Infection Control Nurse , Unit Secretary , and a highly dedicated nursing staff. This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-staffed environment with exceptional clinical programs and to lead in a community known for its commitment to high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring the highest level of care for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee staff recruitment, development, and retention strategies, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
• Monitor and maintain quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and clinical care.
• Develop and manage nursing budgets and staffing models to ensure effective resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• Proven leadership experience as a DON or in a senior nursing management role within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-term Care setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop nursing staff.
