Robotics Operator - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a Robotics Operator to support the development of cutting-edge AI systems in a hands-on role.
Primary Responsibilities:
You will perform structured, repetitive tasks with lab and scientific equipment, contributing to the training of robotic systems for safe and accurate operation. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and science.
Skills & Requirements:
- Interest in robotics, science, or technology.
- Comfortable performing physical, repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow precise instructions.
- Must be able to commute to 1 Alewife Park, Cambridge, MA.
- High school diploma required.
The Robotics Operator's responsibilities will be:
- Perform manual, repeatable tasks using scientific instruments while following clear protocols.
- Work in an environment where your actions are recorded to train robotic systems.
- Follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency across tasks.
- Report any equipment or process issues to supervisors.
Compensation:
- $18 to $22 per hour.
