Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Location: Beverly, MA
Salary Range: $50/hr - 55/hr (DOE)**
Schedule:

• Weekdays and Saturdays
• Weekend work required: Saturdays only
• On-call: No
  

Relocation:

• Candidates open to relocation will be considered

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a patient-focused dental practice in Beverly, MA. The Dental Hygienist will play a key role in delivering preventive dental care, performing oral cleanings, assessing oral health conditions, and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oral cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventative dental treatments
• Assess and document patients’ oral health conditions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care
• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Adhere to infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols
• Ensure patient confidentiality and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
  

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Massachusetts
• Ability to administer local anesthesia (required)
• Minimum 1+ year of dental hygienist experience
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
