Fulfillment Specialist
Position Overview
Ceresti Health is seeking a detail-driven Fulfillment Specialist – Device Provisioning & Logistics to support the preparation, configuration, and shipment of tablets used by caregivers in our Caregiver Support Program. This role is critical to ensuring caregivers receive fully functional, accurately configured devices that enable timely access to Ceresti's technology and services.
This position blends technical device provisioning , logistics execution, and quality control , and is best suited for individuals who thrive in structured, metric-driven environments and are comfortable working hands-on with technology.
Quantitative Performance Expectations
This role is measured by clear, objective operational metrics. Fulfillment Specialists are expected to:
- Provision, configure, and ship a defined number of tablets per shift
- Maintain >99% accuracy in device setup and shipment records
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly throughput targets
- Minimize rework, device replacements, and shipment errors
- Consistently meet on-time shipment SLAs
Accuracy and quality are prioritized over speed alone.

This is not a traditional warehouse role — it is a precision operations role that directly impacts caregiver outcomes and program success.
Key Responsibilities
Device Provisioning & Technical Setup
- Install, configure, and validate approved software on tablets prior to shipment.
- Load software and configuration files using SD cards and defined provisioning workflows.
- Perform system checks, updates, and validation steps to ensure device readiness.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and correct provisioning errors before shipment.
- Follow standardized technical checklists and quality assurance processes.
Fulfillment & Logistics Execution
- Accurately pack tablets, accessories, and materials according to defined packing standards.
- Prepare and verify shipping labels and device-to-recipient matching.
- Maintain organized inventory of tablets, accessories, and SD cards.
- Support inbound and outbound device tracking and reconciliation.
Documentation & Quality Control
- Document device configuration, status, and shipment details in internal systems.
- Maintain clean, accurate records to support auditability and traceability.
- Flag recurring issues, defects, or process gaps for operational review.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Comfort working hands-on with tablets, software installs, and basic device configuration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment with measurable performance expectations.
- Comfortable using multiple systems to document and track work.
- Ability to identify issues early and escalate appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience provisioning devices, staging hardware, or performing technical setup.
- Background in fulfillment, logistics, device operations, or light IT support.
- Familiarity with SD cards, file management, or device configuration workflows.
- Experience working in environments with productivity and quality metrics.
- Previous experience in a HIPAA-compliant or regulated environment.

Job Details
