What Youll Do:

Lead the Operation

Run the show day-to-dayfrom food quality to floor executionensuring everything is smooth, clean, compliant, and memorable.

Inspire Your Team

Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house crew. Set the tone with hands-on leadership and a passion for people.

Deliver Hospitality

Be the face of the restaurant. Greet guests, handle feedback, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations.

Drive Financial Results

Own the numbers. Monitor sales, manage inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Ensure Quality

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years as a General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Strong operational knowledge across FOH and BOH
• Passion for delivering top-notch hospitality
• Solid financial acumenbudgeting, P&L, inventory, and cost control
• Strong communicator and quick problem-solver
• POS and restaurant management system experience
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
