Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts NIGHTS

🚨 Multiple Openings – Immediate Hiring 🚨

We are actively hiring Machine Maintenance Technicians (Level 1–Level 3) for a growing food manufacturing facility.

• 7+ openings available

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule (every other weekend required)

• Only 15 working days per month

• Guaranteed overtime every other week

💰 Pay & Shift Differentials

$24–$33/hour (based on experience level)

🕒 Training Schedule

All new hires will complete training on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for up to 90 days (may transition sooner based on proficiency).

🔧 Position Summary

The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses more on equipment and machinery repair rather than general building maintenance.

✅ Ideal Background

Candidates with experience in food manufacturing environments are strongly preferred. Experience with companies similar to Blount Fine Foods or comparable production facilities is a plus.

Strong candidates typically have:

• Experience with pneumatic systems & diagrams

• PLC troubleshooting

• Motor repair & replacement

• Equipment setup, calibration, and changeovers

• Packaging/filling machinery experience

• Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting

• Blueprint & schematic interpretation

🛠 Essential Responsibilities

• Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance & repairs

• Conduct preventive maintenance

• Complete product changeovers

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Complete maintenance documentation

• Participate in corrective action teams

• Assist production team as needed

• Perform quality testing and auditing

• Follow all GMP and food safety standards

🎯 Qualifications

• Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills

• Manufacturing maintenance experience

• Knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic systems

• PLC knowledge (preferred)

• Electrical background (preferred)

• Heat sealing process knowledge (a plus)

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong communication skills
