(Community, Resilience, Empowerment, Well-being) is a dynamic afterschool program dedicated to supporting youth mental health by providing a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for young individuals to thrive. Through mentorship, social-emotional learning, and engaging activities, we help youth build resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of community. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Youth Support Worker to join our team and make a difference in the lives of young people. - Assist in developing and implementing workshops on topics such as resilience, coping strategies, conflict resolution, and self-care.
- Monitor and respond to the emotional and behavioral needs of youth with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with program staff, mental health professionals, and community partners to enhance program offerings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of participant engagement, progress, and any concerns.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical guidelines while ensuring youth safety and well-being.

- Bachelor's degree (or working toward) in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Development, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in youth programs, mentoring, counseling, or mental health services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate youth.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, positive youth development, and cultural competency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
