Sr. Supervisor, Infusion Nursing - Accredo - Massachusetts/Connecticut
Senior Supervisor, Infusion Nursing - Accredo Specialty Pharmacy
Hybrid Role - Work from Home & In-Office in Marlborough, MA.
Candidates for this position should reside in Massachusetts or Connecticut, and will supervise nurses working throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut and possibly Rhode Island.
What You'll Do:

Lead and support a team of infusion nurses delivering specialized therapies in homes and alternate care settings. Ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence by:

Overseeing daily nursing operations and supervising RN staff.

Conducting skills assessments and supervisory visits.
-
Managing patient intake, education, and scheduling.
-
Monitoring documentation and compliance with treatment plans.

Identifying and recommending process improvements.
What You'll Need:
-
Active, unencumbered RN license
-
5+ years RN experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
-
1+ year of in-hospital care (critical care preferred)
-
Home infusion or home healthcare experience strongly preferred
-
Strong IV insertion skills
-
Knowledge of public/private insurance and managed care
-
Experience with utilization management
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple platforms
-
Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Ability to travel up to 10%

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 83,800 - 139,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
