Job Description
Oracle's Supply Chain Management (SCM) Product Strategy team is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Tools Product Manager to drive the creation and deployment of internal AI-powered solutions aimed at boosting the team's efficiency and productivity. In this pivotal role, you will both define and execute product strategies for agent-based and generative AI internal tools, merging SCM business expertise with advanced technical capabilities. Your work will enable the Product Strategy team to deliver informed, fast, and accurate decisions while embodying Oracle's commitment to driving the digital transformation of supply chain management.
As a member of the SCM Product Strategy team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and executive leadership to design, build, and launch AI agents and applications that automate processes, generate actionable insights, and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate blends hands-on technical skills in building AI-driven products, strong prompt engineering proficiency, and deep functional knowledge of SCM domains such as planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, plm and order management.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or supply chain technology.

2+ years of experience designing, building, or managing AI or data-driven applications, with direct experience in prompt engineering for large language models.

Functional expertise in one or more SCM domains (planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to ship agent-based or AI-driven products from idea through delivery, including defining vision, requirements, and success metrics.

Technical knowledge of relevant AI technologies, with proficiency in building internal tooling, apps, or automations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle's SCM Cloud products, data models, and business process flows.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLM APIs, or agent orchestration platforms.

Experience in automating business processes and driving organizational adoption of new technologies.

Knowledge of open-source AI, cloud platforms, and API integration patterns.

Strong customer focus and the ability to empathize with both technical and business users.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with SCM strategy leads to assess business opportunities and pain points, and translate them into AI use cases, tooling requirements, and functional prototypes.

Define the product vision and roadmap for internal AI tools, ensuring alignment with overall SCM product strategy and goals.

Gather, manage, and prioritize requirements and product features in collaboration with stakeholders across SCM, engineering, and IT.

Play a leading role in designing, prompting, and building generative AI agents and applications for internal use; iterate relentlessly based on user feedback.

Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, collaborating closely with engineering teams on architecture, design, and implementation.

Drive cross-team programs to ensure tool adoption, measuring and managing business performance, user experience, and ongoing enhancement of AI products.

Create user enablement content and provide training, demos, and support to accelerate tool adoption and maximize team impact.

Stay abreast of industry trends in AI/ML and SCM; conduct market and competitive research to continuously refine solutions and maintain Oracle's leadership position.

Evangelize the adoption and success of AI tools both internally and externally-serving as a thought leader within Oracle.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
