Position Overview:
The Memory Care Programming Director will design, implement, and oversee engaging programs that enhance the quality of life for residents with memory impairments. This includes developing activities that promote physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and creative engagement, while tailoring programming to each resident’s unique needs and abilities.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed, innovative, and passionate about creating a vibrant and supportive environment for residents, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of care and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate daily programming for Memory Care residents.

• Foster resident engagement through personalized, meaningful activities.

• Work closely with clinical and care teams to support resident well-being.

• Create an inclusive, positive atmosphere that encourages participation.

• Ensure programming aligns with best practices in Memory Care.

Qualifications:

• Prior Memory Care experience is required.

• Experience in recreation, programming, or activities in a senior living setting preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Creativity and adaptability in program planning and execution.
