Operational Schedule:

• Bi-weekly rotation of seven workdays:
  • 1st Week: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • 2nd Week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Twelve-hour shifts:
  • Day Shift: 6:45 am to 7:00 pm
  • Night Shift: 6:45 pm to 7:00 am
• Inclusive of built-in overtime with availability for additional voluntary hours

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions
• Record production details accurately
• Ensure a safe, tidy workspace for all team members
• Basic IT literacy for ongoing training modules

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in blending and extruder operations
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strict adherence to safety protocols, including forklift handling

Physical Demands:

• Lifting ability up to 55 lbs
• Extended periods of standing
• Flexibility in bending, stretching, and climbing
