Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Fish Cutter:

• Clean, bone, scale, slice, and filet a variety of fresh fish
• Work in a refrigerated environment to maintain food safety standards
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
• Lift up to 100 lbs regularly
• Meet daily production deadlines
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

Job requirements:

• Open to hands-on work and developing new skills
• Comfortable working in cold conditions
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Spanish and English experienced fish cutter
