Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinator
The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individuals to join our diverse team as Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinators. If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for customer servicewe can't wait to hear from you!
Schedule: MondaySaturday, with one scheduled weekday off
Compensation Plan: Base hourly rate of $18-$21, plus monthly commission & bonus
Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $65,000.00-$120,000.00
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming calls and helping schedule appointments for our Sales team
- Respond to sales calls and online inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Keeping daily reports organized and up to date
- Following up with clients and internal team members
- Assisting with other tasks as needed by management

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an Automotive BDC or sales role is a big plus
- Clear, professional communication skillsboth verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and dependable
- Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
