Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and crisis management skills.
• BLS required; psychiatric certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient mental health status regularly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.
• Support therapeutic activities and provide patient and family education.
• Document patient care and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff across units.
