We’re looking for a positive, detail-driven team player who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, preparing quotations, and keeping projects moving smoothly. What You'll Do:

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations, including pricing, configurations, options, and lead times.
• Work closely with the customer support team, engineering, and operations to ensure all quotes are complete and technically correct.
• Support customers and sales agents via phone and email with friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Review drawings, schedules, and project documents to ensure quotes align with project requirements.
• Enter and organize information in Salesforce, ensuring clean and up-to-date data for the entire team.
• Assist with follow-ups, order coordination, and related sales support tasks.
• Help improve workflows, templates, and quoting tools as Xico continues to grow.
• Pitch in to help teammates across customer support and sales when needed.

Who You Are:

• A reliable, upbeat professional who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing technical information.
• Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in a busy workflow.
• A great communicator clear, friendly, and confident with customers, agents, and internal teams.
• Experience with quotations, inside sales, lighting, electrical products, or construction is a strong plus.
• Familiar with tools like Excel and Salesforce, or eager to learn quickly.
