Full-Time Leadership Role
Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 base
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- On-Track Earnings: $80,000–$95,000+

Confidence Personal Training is a premium, coaching-first studio focused on results, relationships, and long-term client success.
We are hiring a Head Trainer to lead our team, elevate standards, and help scale a high-performance training culture.
This is not a floor trainer position. This is a leadership seat.
You’ll coach 20–25 sessions per week while leading retention strategy, coach development, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Personal & Small Group Trainers
- Drive member retention and measurable client results
- Support consultative fitness sales and client upgrades
- Improve systems, programming standards, and accountability
- Partner with ownership to grow the business
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Nationally recognized CPT (NSCA-CPT or CSCS, NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.)
- 3–5+ years in a premium training facility
- Proven leadership and sales ability
- Strong retention and client relationship skills
- CPR/AED certified
Compensation & Benefits
- $70k–$75k base salary
- Performance-based quarterly bonuses
- 2 weeks PTO
- Approved continuing education stipend of 50% per opportunity
