Schedule:
2nd Shift | 1:30pm – 10:00pm, Monday – Friday

Pay:
$25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Mold products using hydraulic, robotic, and manual presses or molding equipment to compact mix and form basic shapes.
• Apply a variety of methods, procedures, and finishing techniques to achieve quality results.
• Perform minimal density tests to ensure molded pieces meet tolerances and conform to specifications.
• Use a wide range of measuring tools, hand and power tools—including a tamping gun—to properly mold and finish products.
• Work with a variety of molding materials and recognize distinctions between different mixes for pressing and finishing.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of molding materials and product characteristics.
• Familiarity with measuring tools, hand and power tools, and tamping guns.
• Keen attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Previous molding, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required.
