Advanced Lead Engineer - Advanced Manufacturing
- Lead and execute manufacturing process and equipment improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance (SQDC).
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing work instructions, process controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues, including equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and material defects.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production problems and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability and streamline production flow.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production operators and technicians on new processes, equipment, and best practices.
- Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives and drive continuous improvement activities within the production area.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a similar production support role within an industrial setting AND
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a similar production support role within an industrial setting

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Aerospace) or a related technical field from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a similar production support role within aerospace or a highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated experience with various manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, heat treatment, brazing, EDM or additive manufacturing.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
