Key Responsibilities

• New Member Acquisition and Retention
  • Book appointments and contact leads to establish relationships and encourage class attendance, meeting quotas.
  • Conduct informative studio tours to build rapport and facilitate membership sales.
• Membership Sales
  • Present membership options that align with students' goals following their initial class experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as established by the General Manager.
• Retention
  • Onboard new members effectively and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting studio environment.
• Studio Operations & Promotion
  • Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness and safety.
  • Participate in community events to promote the studio.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and phone skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn studio software.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and use sound judgment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

Schedule
This is a part-time position with a consistent, recurring schedule and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts.
