Survey Party Chief

River Hawk Land Survey is seeking a Survey Party Chief to work with our highly skilled Professional Land

Survey (P.L.S.) team. We offer the opportunity to work on challenging land survey projects for a wide

range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. This position entails travel

to job sites, working outside of the office setting some of the time, and conducting land surveys and

construction support. This position will be located in the Middleborough, MA office.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will:

 Perform a variety of land surveys including but not limited to, boundary, topographic, title

insurance, and construction surveys.

 Use robotic total station and GPS survey equipment.

 Use AutoCAD and Carlson Survey drafting software.

 Possess strong verbal, mathematic, and communication skills.

 Be able to physically and safely work outdoors, year-round, in a variety of work environments.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

 Excellent written and communication skills.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carlson Survey drafting software.

 Valid driver’s license and a reasonable driving record.

 Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to job sites and the office.
