Key Responsibilities:

Follow provided cleaning checklists and maintain high-quality standards.

Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks according to the job’s specific requirements.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with property managers and tenants.

Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment (specific needs will be communicated in advance).

Communicate effectively with PINCH’s scheduling and management team for job assignments, changes, or cancellations.

Complete jobs within the agreed-upon time frames and report any issues or damage during cleaning assignments.

Qualifications:

Access to the multifamily/apartment market in your area using PINCH’s comprehensive vendor credentials (includes required insurance and multiple vendor management system clearance).

Pre-arranged contracts with minimal sales effort required.
