We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Trial Lawyer with experience in Workers Compensation to join our growing team. As a Trial Lawyer at our firm, you will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Attorneys across the nation, and have local and remote support staff. A typical day involves client communication, taking and defending depositions, research and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and taking cases to trial. Our Trial Lawyers handle cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict.

• 2+ years of experience practicing workers compensation preferred ; we are open to new graduates with a track record of academic success;
• Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar;
• Experience drafting and responding to motions;
• Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $80,000 base salary
