Salary: $55,000 -$65,000 + Bonus and Comission

Were looking for a retail leader with vision and hustle to take over the Patio Zone showroom in Peabody, MA. Think high-end outdoor furniture, premium grills, and backyard lifestyle products. If youve got experience in high-touch retailfurniture, design, spas, or specialty retailthis is a chance to own a space, grow a brand, and drive serious results.

Patio Zone is a growing concept launched by Legacy Outdoor Group, next to our flagship Budget Pools location. We carry Polywood, Big Green Egg, Traeger, and moreand were ready to scale with the right person at the helm.

What Youll Do:

• Own all showroom operations and customer experience
• Create visual merchandising that inspires and sells
• Guide walk-in customers and high-ticket sales conversations
• Host events like grill demos and design weekends
• Track and report on key sales and traffic metrics
• Collaborate on promotions, marketing, and local brand building
• Build loyalty with customers, contractors, and designers
• Maintain clean, stocked, organized, beautiful showroom

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years in retail sales or showroom management
• Experience with premium/lifestyle retail (furniture, spas, design, etc.)
• Ability to close high-ticket items and build rapport quickly
• Creative eye for displays and layout
• Comfortable working Saturdays during peak season
• Self-motivated leader who wants ownership and growth

Comp & Perks:

• $55,000$65,000 base salary + commissions and performance bonus
