Travel Physical Therapist Job
- Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions (gait training, balance and fall prevention, manual therapies, therapeutic exercises), monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes clearly for interdisciplinary teams. Ensure patient safety, align with evidence-based guidelines, and educate patients and families to empower ongoing self-management.
