As a Lot Attendant, you play an important role in creating a positive first impression for our customers by helping maintain an organized, clean, and professional dealership appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle inventory
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership, service drive, and storage areas
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for display or customer delivery
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer pickups
• Perform routine lot checks and report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns
• Install license plates, dealer decals, and other vehicle accessories as needed
• Keep the lot, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and presentable
• Assist sales and service departments with vehicle transportation and other tasks as needed
• Support dealership events and special projects

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required
