Intune Administrator
Kforce has a client in need of an Intune Administrator. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with various devices and applications
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of Intune installations across all device configurations; Tablet, MAC, Intel, Laptop, Desktop, IOS, and Android devices
- Provide in-person and remote support to our user base
- Enforce change management and compliance processes
- Respond to each inquiry whether from a customer, vendor or co-worker in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform all other duties and projects that may be assigned
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field
- Four (4) years of experience with Intune and SCCM administration
- Experience supporting MAC, IOS, Android, and Intel devices
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, Excel or PowerPoint applications
- The ability to provide internal and external customers with courteous and professional experience
