Accounts Payable Clerk

Our premier staffing firm has partnered with a leading organization to find a skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.

salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Core Focus: You will be the sole functional lead for end-to-end A/P operations, ensuring vendors, employees, and students are paid accurately and on time.

• Key Tasks: * Review and process invoices, POs, and expense reimbursements.

• • Resolve discrepancies between invoices and POs.
    
    
  • Manage weekly settlement runs and handle vendor inquiries.
    
    
  • Train budget managers on the Workday invoice approval process.

• AP Expertise: Solid background in high-volume, full-cycle Accounts Payable.

• Problem-Solving: The ability to investigate "why" a discrepancy exists and communicate professionally to fix it.

• Attitude: A "no task is too small" mentality.
