RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
• Manage and track all sales leads on site
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
• One man show, managing day-to-day business, developing appointment setting strategies
• Collect and analyze business metrics
• May provide training and ongoing support to any new business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals
• Work closely with have support of executives and managers
• Answer customer inquiries and calls

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 3 years automotive sales experience
• Must have strong computer skills
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and basic math skills
• Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
• Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
