Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team at a prestigious College Campus, specifically working in lab facilities. The role involves executing preventative and corrective maintenance on various electrical equipment, ranging from high to low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Maintain high and low voltage systems efficiently.
• Utilize CMMS work order systems to track and manage tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including circuits and wiring.
• Conduct conduit bending and blueprint reading.

Essential Skills

• Journeyman Electrician's license is required.
• 4-6 years of experience in commercial facilities, preferably in life science environments.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Knowledge of CMMS work order systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Must live within 1 hour of Cambridge to ensure timeliness for on-call duties.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $112000.00 - $116000.00/yr.
