Business Development Officer

Description Our client is a Community Bank 20 minutes outside of Boston, rapidly growing and looking to add to the team. I'm excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Officer - a key role focused on driving deposit growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the bank's presence in the community. The position centers on proactive outreach, collaborating with commercial lending and retail teams, and developing solutions that support both customer needs and business goals. This role also contributes to strategic planning, supports branch leadership, and represents the organization through community involvement. Requirements We're seeking a candidate with 7-10+ years of business development or relationship management experience, strong sales and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams.
