About the Role
We are looking for an outgoing and resourceful Marketing Specialist to grow our brand presence in the Boston area through offline partnerships, student organization collaborations, KOC outreach, and community operations. Ideal candidates enjoy communicating, building relationships, and running on-the-ground marketing with high ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Partnerships & Field Marketing

• Identify, negotiate, and execute cross-industry collaborations with student unions, community organizations, local merchants, and business groups.
• Lead field promotions in residential areas, campuses, office buildings, and commercial districts to drive new user acquisition.
• Recruit, train, and manage part-time field teams; provide daily goals and performance tracking.
• Adjust pitches and promo tactics based on real-time feedback to optimize conversions.

2. Online Partnerships & KOC Developmen

• Source and activate local KOCs/KOLs to promote brand awareness and conversion.
• Manage collaboration pipeline, budget, and ongoing relationship with partners.
• Build and operate local user communities (e.g., Discord, Facebook, WeChat groups) to enhance engagement and retention.
• Maintain a local user database for insights, communication, and referral/word-of-mouth growth.

3. Basic Marketing Operations

• Support in-app content operations including banner placements, promotional entries, and campaign scheduling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing/Operations/Product) to deliver regional business goals.
• Monitor competitive trends and provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in offline promotion, student organization partnerships, or cross-industry collaborations strongly preferred.
• Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and enjoys speaking with people.
• Ability to negotiate and independently drive projects and partnerships.
• Familiar with user growth metrics (DAU, FTU, repurchase, retention etc.) or willing to learn quickly.
• High adaptability and strong stress tolerance; comfortable with on-ground tasks.
• Based in or near Philadelphia.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required for travel.
• Prior experience with student unions, KOCs, campus networks, or BD preferred.

• 搭建并运营本地社群（如微信、Discord、Facebook等）提升活跃度与留存。
• 建立本地用户数据库，促进用户关系维护及口碑传播。

3. 市场基础运营支持

• 配合进行站内Banner、入口、活动等资源位配置。
• 与市场、运营、产品等团队协作，推进区域业务目标。
• 关注本地竞品动态，提供优化策略建议。

• 性格外向，沟通能力强，喜欢与人交流。
• 执行力强，能够独立推动合作与项目落地。
• 了解或愿意学习用户拉新、留存、转化相关指标。
• 抗压能力强，适应快节奏、线下执行环境。
• 工作地为波士顿，并可接受本地区内灵活出行。
• 需持有驾照且自有车辆。
• 有KOC资源、学生资源或BD经验者优先。
