About the Role

You’ll advise on some of the most complex and innovative life sciences patents across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical technology sectors. From global patent strategy to oppositions, you’ll partner with world-class companies and research organisations. This role offers a unique opportunity to relocate from the US to Australia or New Zealand with full sponsorship provided.

The Ideal Candidate

• Admitted before the USPTO (or dual qualified)
• 5+ years’ experience in life sciences patent work
• Strong academic background in biology, biotechnology, or chemistry
• Keen to make the move Down Under while growing your career internationally
