• Work with the division manager, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties.
• Be on scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for our production team to complete.
• Build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.
• Prepare estimates using estimating software, for reconstruction from 3D scans and Project scopes.
• Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software, Xactimate or Symbility.
• Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards.
• Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.

• Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, & Symbility and additional systems as requested.
• Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
• Ability to work independently and / or with a team.
• Ability to work within hazardous environments safely.
• Maintain a level of confidentiality.
• Manage work queue to meet time expectations
• Self-motivated with the ability to plan, organize, and complete tasks independently without close supervision.
