Schedule
- Monday - Thursday | 7:45AM - 4:30PM
No evenings. Long weekends every week.
Your Role as a Dental Surgical Assistant
You will be a vital part of our surgical team, supporting both pre-operative and post-operative care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and patient comfort.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing surgical rooms, instruments, and patient charts
- Assisting chairside during periodontal surgeries, implant placements, grafting, and advanced procedures
- Operating digital x-ray and 3D imaging systems
- Maintaining strict sterilization and infection control protocols
- Monitoring and documenting patient vitals during procedures
- Educating patients on treatment plans and post-operative instructions
- Managing inventory and surgical supplies
- Maintaining detailed electronic records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Dental Assistant program (preferred)
- 1+ year of dental surgical assisting experience
- Radiography certification
- CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm in surgical settings
- Professionalism, reliability, and a patient-first mindset
