Senior Real Estate Accountant (Commercial)
We’re hiring a Senior Real Estate Accountant to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day accounting for a major commercial real estate portfolio. This high-impact role supports business strategy and investment performance through sharp financial oversight. You'll work in a hybrid setup and contribute directly to real estate operations and portfolio success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial accuracy across multiple commercial real estate properties
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property operations
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements—monthly, quarterly, annually
- Reconcile tenant accounts, track returns, and collaborate with asset managers
- Investigate discrepancies and support audits and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of accounting experience in commercial real estate
- Expertise with Yardi or Buildium accounting systems
- Strong financial reporting and variance analysis skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with RealPage
- Excel modeling or advanced spreadsheet capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple property accounts simultaneously
