A high-volume restaurant group located in Boston is seeking an experienced Saute Cook to prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards. Restaurant experience is a MUST for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities (not all-inclusive) :
- Prepare and cook dishes using sautéing techniques according to recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock the sauté station with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sauté station and equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Saute Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of sautéing techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- High level of professionalism and teamwork.
- Restaurant industry experience is required.
