As a Pet Groomer, you will be an integral part of a grooming team specializing in providing care for dogs and cats. You will utilize a variety of grooming tools, including manual and electric clippers, scissors, dryers, and specialized grooming software to ensure pets are clean, well-groomed, and comfortable. This role focuses on on-site grooming services without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Bath animals and maintain coat cleanliness
- Trim hair to breed-specific styles and customer preferences
- Clip nails safely and properly
- Clean ears to prevent infections
- Handle pets gently to ensure safety and comfort
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in pet grooming
- Knowledge of grooming and animal care techniques
- Familiarity with breed-specific styling
- Strong customer communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Physical stamina to manage grooming tasks
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
