What You’ll Do

As a Hot Punch Operator, you’ll be part of our Stanley Black & Decker team located in East Longmeadow, MA.:

In this role the selected person will need to have good time management skills as they will be expected to run 5 furnaces at once. The selected person will need to be able to work in a team environment and have a strong understanding of 5S and TPM.

Duties:

• Learn to operate multiple pieces of equipment including a horizontal furnace, butt welder, punch press.
• Work as part of a team to identify quality and production goals.
• Flex hours/schedule as demand dictates
• Participate in safety initiatives.
• Meet customer quality and production needs.
• Willing to cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment.
