What You Will Be Doing: Looking for a Senior Engineer to assist Engineers with implementations and ongoing maintenance of:
- Avaya IP Office
- Avaya Communication Manager (CM) 5.x and up
- Avaya Enablement Services (AES)
- Client Enablement Services (CES)
- Avaya WFM (Workforce Management)
- Avaya QM (Quality Monitoring)
- Avaya Modular Messaging/Aura Messaging
- Avaya Ethernet Switching
- Session Border Controllers
- Verint/Witness CSCM (Contact Store Communication Manager)
What You Need for this Position: Extensive experience with the following technologies:
- Avaya IP Office
- Avaya Communication Manager (CM) 5.x and up
- Avaya Enablement Services (AES)
- Client Enablement Services (CES)
- Avaya WFM (Workforce Management)
- Avaya QM (Quality Monitoring)
- Avaya Modular Messaging/Aura Messaging
- Avaya Ethernet Switching
- Session Border Controllers
- Verint/Witness CSCM (Contact Store Communication Manager)
