Lead Shipper - Manufacturing
- Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments and arrange for transportation of products.
- Accurately count, protect and package customer products to ensure against damage during shipping.
- Maintain adequate shipping supplies.
- Must maintain an excellent attendance record.
- Responsible for maintaining shipping instructions and production travelers.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior shipping experience.
- Computer literate.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and managers.
- Knowledge of utilizing an EPR system.
- Knowledge of using UPS, FedEx, DHL shipping software and bill of ladings.
- Familiar with Export compliance.
- Familiar with International shipment process and requirements.
- Ability to lift 70 or more pounds when necessary.
- Familiar with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control.
- Should possess self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
