About The Role Fixed Income seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Portfolio Managers and Analysts on the Leveraged Credit team. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, often competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Executive Assistant will proactively coordinate logistics and administrative needs, enabling the PM team to operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently and exercising sound judgment. While prior experience in investment management is not required, genuine interest in the field and curiosity about the investment process will be viewed favorably. This role offers meaningful exposure to the business, with opportunities to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility in a supportive and high-performing team environment. Responsibilities The Executive Assistant will manage the overall daily support needs of the team, including:- Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to Portfolio Managers and Analysts on the Leveraged Credit team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Proactively manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, balancing shifting priorities with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and last-minute changes as needed.
- Manage logistics for internal and external meetings, investor calls, offsites, and team events, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute detail-intensive materials such as daily reports, meeting preparation packets, and internal documentation.
- Sit in on team meetings and discussions, ensuring key actions and decisions are captured appropriately.
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for the team, exercising discretion, professionalism, and strong service orientation.
- Provide cross-coverage and backup support to other Executive Assistants as needed, contributing to a collaborative administrative team.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives, demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to taking on new responsibilities.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within an administrative role in a professional services organization
- Experience in the investment management industry will be viewed favorably
- Exposure to global contexts, whether professionally and/or personally, will be viewed favorably
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies
- Demonstrated strong detail orientation, diligence and overall high work quality
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
- Proactive problem-solving skills and an anticipatory mindset
- High level of reliability, professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes

The base salary range for this position is: USD 60,000 - 110,000 This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process. Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
