Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Current and valid SLP license for Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators and families
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students according to their IEPs
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
- Provide consultative support to staff regarding communication disorders and intervention techniques
