Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Current and valid SLP license for Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators and families
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students according to their IEPs
• Monitor progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
• Provide consultative support to staff regarding communication disorders and intervention techniques
